Because every system is built to order, cancellation depends on where your project has reached.
You may cancel at any point before materials are committed to your build. Any amount paid for the system is refunded in full.
Once materials are committed, cancellation is assessed against costs already incurred on your order. Those costs are itemised from your project record before any deduction is applied.
If the site review shows the installation is impracticable and no alternative is agreed, the order is cancelled and the system payment is refunded in full.
Report transit damage on delivery and to FlagBoxx within 48 hours, with photographs. Replacement or repair is handled through the carrier claim and the warranty.
