Report an error

Use the contact form with the page and what you believe is wrong. Include a source if you have one.

What happens next

• We check the claim against a primary source.
• If it is wrong, we correct the article and add a dated correction note at the foot of the page.
• If a factual error affected a buying decision in a live quote, we contact the customer directly.
• If we cannot verify either version, we remove the claim rather than leave it standing.

What we do not do

We do not quietly edit a substantive claim and leave the page looking untouched, and we do not update the modified date to make an unchanged article appear fresh.
