These terms govern the sale of FlagBoxx automated flag systems ordered through this website.
FlagBoxx systems are built to order. No stock is held. Production begins after the site review and the delivery schedule is confirmed at that point.
Placing an order does not reserve stock, because none exists. It starts a project.
The price shown online is for the FlagBoxx system only. Freight, foundation or ballast work, permits, electrical connection, installation, commissioning and site-specific engineering are quoted separately and are not included in an online order total.
The order confirmation and your project record both itemise what was and was not purchased.
Every installation is subject to a site review. Foundation or ballast design depends on your soil report, wind zone and local code. Published specifications are target values for a pre-production system; final engineering values are issued per site.
If site conditions make installation impracticable, either party may cancel before production starts and any amount paid for the system is returned in full.
Order totals are shown in US dollars. Amounts are charged only through the payment method presented at checkout or arranged directly by the FlagBoxx project team.
An order is treated as paid only when payment is confirmed by the payment provider or recorded as received by FlagBoxx. Reaching a confirmation page does not by itself constitute payment.
Systems ship by flatbed freight to the lower 48 United States. Freight is quoted per site. Risk passes on delivery to the site address on the order.

Sales tax is not calculated at checkout. Any tax due in your jurisdiction is applied to the final project invoice.
FlagBoxx does not warrant that a system will meet a performance figure that has not been engineered for your specific site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
