Current status

FlagBoxx systems are pre-production. The published specifications are target values. A written warranty specific to your system and site is issued with your project documentation before commissioning, and that document is the operative warranty.

No warranty term, wind rating or service life is offered on this page, because none has been certified for a general case. Do not rely on a figure that is not in your issued project documents.

What is generally covered

Manufacturing defects in the mast, drive assembly, control system and base enclosure, on the terms set out in your issued warranty document.

What is not covered

• Damage from installation not performed or approved by FlagBoxx.

• Operation outside the wind and load limits issued for your site.

• Flags, halyards and other consumable items beyond any separate term stated for them.

• Foundation or ballast work performed by others.
