Topics come from what buyers actually ask โ quote requests, sales calls, supplier questions and Search Console queries โ not from a keyword tool alone.
Before a topic is approved we check whether an existing page already answers that intent. If it does, we improve that page instead of publishing a second one to compete with it.
Each brief lists the sources the article must rest on and flags the areas of technical, legal or safety risk. Every material factual claim is recorded with its source, source date and a confidence and risk rating before the article can pass review.
An article does not publish unless it adds something a summary of the search results would not: an original comparison, a cost framework, a checklist, a diagram, a decision tree or transparent assumptions.
Every article is scored on intent match, original value, factual support, product relevance, on-page SEO, internal linking, conversion path and readability. Articles making legal, engineering or safety claims require human approval regardless of score. An article that fails is not published โ we publish an approved one instead and send the failing draft back.
Articles are reviewed against real performance at 7, 30, 60, 90, 180 and 365 days, and at least one existing page is improved every week.
